Human Resource Department - Assistant Manager or Senior Executive Officer:
Desired Qualification:
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
Education: Master's Degree from recognized university in related subject with score of at least 50% Or CGPA 2.5
Experience: Should have 4-5 year experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relation with people. Should be able to formulate HR strategies in alignment with the business goals of the bank.
Desired Qualification:
Age: Not exceeding 40 years
Education: Master's Degree (preference will be given having minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT)
Experience: At least 4 year in managerial level of Banking. Data/Payment Solution Project implementation and management. Priority will be given to those professional worked on diversified banking/financial business domain including in international projects.
Digital Banking Department – Head (Manager Level):
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Thorough concept of Digital banking marketing and solution.
- Sound on Digital Innovation and Payment Solution in Banking.
- Digital Payment Project implementation.
- Banking Data/Information security work track in Juniper/Cisco Environment.
- Sound on Retail Banking Operations and Risk Frameworks.
