Nepal CRS Company (CRS) is a not-for-profit organization engaged in social marketing of family planning, maternal child health, and other health products in Nepal. Its mission is to improve the national health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services. CRS is looking for:

Quality Assurance Officers (2)

The incumbent is responsible for strengthening Quality of Care provided by Sangini Outlets. Sangini Network is a partial franchising model that operates through pre­existing medical outlets. The medical outlets are certified to administer Sangini. CRS monitors Quality of Care provided by these through Quality Assurance Officers. The job entails extensive travel to hills and mountain districts of Nepal to conduct the Technical Support Visits (TSV) of the Sangini Outlets to assess the Quality of Care provided for Family Planning Services against the pre-determined criteria. The TSV visit will identify the gaps in Quality of Care and agreed on timelines with the service providers to rectify these gaps.

The applicants should possess Bachelor's Degree in Public Health (BPH)/B.Ed. in Health with Paramedical background (HA/Staff Nurse) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institute with minimum 2 years of experience of Family Planning Quality Assurance.

Communication Officer (IT)

The Communications Officer will support our internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate communication material, respond to inquiries from the public and media and coordinate dissemination events among others.

To succeed as a Communications Officer, the incumbent should be able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree with experience as a Communications Officer or equivalent experience in a similar role is strongly desired.

Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (1)

This position aims to provide support to the company's Research. Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) functions through the implementation of the M&E plan. ensuring data quality, capacity building on M&E functions, providing support on research and technical study. The Project M&E Officer will be responsible to assist the RME Manager for the design and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system of the projects implemented by CRS.

The applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Public/Reproductive Health /Social Science/ Management with a minimum of three years of experience in research. monitoring & evaluation.

IT Officer (1)

The incumbent will be responsible to implement IT strategies in line with the immediate and long-term organization objectives; provide prompt IT support to all CRS employees across various locations of the organization for all systems and applications and ensure that employee queries are addressed promptly.

The applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Management or Computer Applications or Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of a similar profile in the IT Department in a medium sized Organization or NGO.

Program Coordinator (2) - NHM

The Program Coordinator will be responsible to provide technical support and oversight to the implementing partners for the effective and efficient implementation of the Menstrual Hygiene Management - Social Marketing of Sanitary Napkins. The Project coordinator shall ensure the availability and accessibility of sanitary pads in the project area.

The applicants should possess Bachelor's Degree in any health-related studies or HA/SN with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in menstrual health management/ women's reproductive health or similar nature of the job.

Program Coordinator (11- ORS Zinc)

The Program Coordinator-ORS/Zinc will be responsible to provide technical support and oversight effective and efficient implementation of the ORS/Zinc project for the treatment of diarrhea for children below 5 years of age in Province 2. The Project coordinator shall ensure adequate availability and accessibility of ORS/Zinc combo pack in the project area as well as encourage staffs working in Pharmacies to prescribe ORS/Zinc as the preferred treatment for diarrhea.

The applicants should possess Bachelor's Degree in any health-related studies or D. Pharm/HA/SN with Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products or similar nature of the job.
