Volunteer Teacher Vacancy Notice – Madhesh Province

Madhesh Province Government, Ministry of Education and Culture, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Nepal, Notice Regarding Volunteer Teacher Recruitment.

To implement the “Volunteer Teacher Program” under the approved annual plan for the fiscal year 2081/082, this notice invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for secondary-level (Grade 9–10) volunteer teaching positions. The recruitment will be carried out in accordance with Section 5 of the “Province Volunteer Teacher Mobilization (First Amendment) Guidelines, 2081.” Applications must be submitted to this ministry within seven (7) days from the date of publication, using the attached application form.

Documents to be Attached:

• Duly filled application form

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• Copy of academic qualification certificates

• Copy of permanent teaching license

• Copy of training certificate

Eligibility and Training Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and not older than 58

• Must be mentally sound

• Must not have been convicted in a criminal case involving moral turpitude

• Must not have been dismissed from service in a way that disqualifies them for future government or teaching service

• Must have passed Bachelor's level or equivalent in the relevant subject and received training

• Must possess a permanent teaching license for the relevant level issued by the Teachers Service Commission
