YouMe School (Biratnagar, Nepal) is hiring a School Principal/CEO who has the ability to lead the school operations in line with the vision and mission of the organization. We envision nurturing kids who will shape the future of the country in the future. With over 300 kids enrolled from kindergarten to grade 10, our students regularly enjoy online exchange programs with students from Japan, Sweden, and the USA. As special teachers, our students are also being taught by global talents working/studying at Facebook (headquarter), Apple, Apple, Microsoft, Harvard University, University of Tokyo, and Stockholm University.

Salary: NRs.5,00,000 ~ NRs.7,00,000/year (depends on your experience and expertise)

Job Description
- Staff Development Supervision and Evaluation:
- Provide appropriate professional development for the faculty and staff.
- Provide leadership in obtaining and maintaining accreditations, standards, and requirements.
- Work with the school board, faculty and curriculum committees in selecting curriculum.
- Communicate regularly with staff, board, and parent groups.
- Counsel/guide staff, parents, and students if/when issues arise.
- Responsible for interviewing and making hiring or termination recommendations to the board.
- Communicate objective recommendations, with supporting data, to the school board in regard to potential policy or procedure changes.
- Ensure that all personnel files are current and treated with confidentiality.
- Develop a pool of competent substitute teachers and volunteers to ensure the continuity of the school program.

Qualification:
B.A, B.Ed, B.Sc, Post Graduate Diploma, M.A, M.Sc, Ph.D/Doctorate with good knowledge in Education, Teaching, School Administration and School Management.

Experience:
5-10 years of work experience in academics with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Principal in a reputed educational institution.
