Urgent Notice regarding extension of time for filling up the application form for the full fee for Diploma and Certificate level in the academic session 2077/078 of Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Controller of Examination Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur:
From CTEVT Controller of Examination Office for the academic session, 2077/078 in various programs of Diploma / Certificate level in the affiliated / approved educational institutions affiliated to the Council, Partnership, Text, and private level notice published on Gorkhapatra Rashtriya Dainik (dated 2077-05-26) and the Council's website www.ctevt.org.np.
The last date for filling up the application form for the full fee of diploma/certificate level has been fixed till Thursday, 2077-06-15. Due to the global epidemic of Covid-19, the country has been in a state of stagnation for a long time, with public transport operating only after the issuance of bans in various partsą„¤ Due to the difficulty in collecting the required documents for the applicants as well as the low number of applications received in the educational institutions due to the request from the educational institutions and students to extend the time; This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the transaction which has been extended till the last date as follows.
Details:
1) Diploma / Certificate Level Full Fee Application Form Deadline by Sunday 2077-06-25.
2) The last date for remittance of fees by the educational institutions is 2077 Ashoj 26th Monday within office hours.
3) Candidates should be able to submit the dead application forms to the concerned educational institutions by 12:00 pm on Monday 26th Ashoj, 2077 BS in the Web-Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) provided by the CTEVT Controller of Examination Office. If the application form filled by the examinee is not submitted to the online ITMS within the date specified by the concerned educational institution, the application form will not be accepted and such examinee will not be included in the list of qualifications. The concerned educational institution will be responsible for that.
4) For the first time in the academic session 2077/078, the educational institutions filling up the application form for conducting affiliation / sanctioned PI program from the council can send the official letter of the office to [email protected] to get the username and password. The principal's name, mobile number, and email must be mentioned in the letter.
