Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Central Department of Public Administration announces that applications are open for admission in the MPhil in Public Administration program for the academic session 2082/083 (15th Batch) from 2082/08/16 to 2082/08/29.
Applicants who have completed a Master’s degree with at least a Second Division or equivalent from a recognized academic institution and possess a minimum of one year of work experience are eligible to apply.
Candidates must deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 (three thousand only) in the account number 21700100193041000001 of the Central Department of Public Administration at any branch of Nepal Bank or via QR code scan. The original voucher or QR payment screenshot must be attached to the application form and submitted to the department during office hours.
While submitting the form, applicants must also include copies of academic certificates from SLC to the Master’s level. Additionally, candidates are required to fill out the digital admission form available at:

After submitting the form, applicants must compulsorily collect a bill/receipt from the department. Details regarding the entrance examination and other related programs will be published later.
