The Faculty of Engineering, Purbanchal University, Entrance Examination Committee–2083, has extended the online application deadline for the Bachelor's Level re-entrance examination and announced the examination date and designated examination centers.

The committee published a notice on 2083/07/18 informing applicants about the revised application deadlines and examination arrangements.

According to the notice, the online application period for the re-entrance examination for new admissions in the academic session 2083/084 (2026 A.D.) has been extended due to special circumstances.

The extension applies to Bachelor's Level academic programs offered by the constituent and affiliated schools, campuses, and colleges under the Faculty of Engineering, Purbanchal University.

The programs covered by the notice are:

BE Civil Engineering
BE Computer Engineering
BE Electronics Communication & Automation Engineering
BE Electrical Engineering
BE Geomatic Engineering
BE Biomedical Engineering
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

The conditions and procedures for completing the online application form will remain as specified in the earlier notice published on 2083/06/02.

Application Fees, Extended Deadlines, and Entrance Examination Details

The revised application schedule and examination details are as follows:

Application Deadline with Regular Fee: Mangsir 8, 2083, until 12:00 midnight.
Regular Application Fee: NPR 4,000 (Four Thousand Only), excluding service charges.
Application Deadline with Late Fee: Mangsir 10, 2083, until 12:00 midnight.
Late Application Fee: NPR 5,000 (Five Thousand Only), excluding service charges.
Entrance Examination Date: Tuesday, Mangsir 15, 2083.
Examination Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Admit Card Download, Required Identification, and Contact Information

1. Admit Card Download

Candidates will be able to download their entrance examination admit cards after 5:00 PM on Mangsir 12, 2083.

Candidates who cannot download their admit cards for any reason must contact their respective colleges or campuses.

2. Documents Required for the Entrance Examination

Candidates must bring their admit cards with a color printout and photograph, along with the required original identification documents.

For Nepali Candidates:

Candidates must bring their photograph-bearing admit card printed in color, together with one of the following original government-issued identification documents that clearly establishes their identity:

National Identity Card
Nepali Citizenship Certificate
Driving License
Voter Identity Card

Alternatively, candidates may present the original admit card for the final semester or year examination of Grade 12, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.

For Foreign Candidates:

Foreign nationals must bring their original passport or another original identity document that clearly establishes their identity.
