Candidates eligible for admission into the pre-diploma and technical education programs at community and private schools governed by the CTEVT Examination Control Office must submit their application forms by the 12th of Shravan 2080. Admission will be based on academic qualifications and entrance exam scores, as per the "Pre-Diploma Level Entrance Examination Conduct, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2080".

Candidates who have passed the SEE/SLC level are eligible to apply for the following programs:

Quotas for Full-Fee Admission

1. Open Quota: All vacant seats beyond the scholarship quota are open for application to any interested candidate.

2. Target Category Quota: This quota caters to students from marginalized groups like Handicapped, Backward Remote Areas, Dalits, Women, Tribal-Tribals, Muslims, Madhesi, and victims of the People's Movement/People's Struggle/Conflict of Madhesh movement. Candidates from community government or private schools in this category will be eligible to participate.

3. Jehendar Scholarship: This scholarship will be awarded to the highest-scoring candidate among those selected from the full-fee quota. It will be applicable for the first year or semester only, and for the second year or semester, it will be awarded to the candidate who scored the highest in the previous year or semester.

4. Classified (Free Scholarship) Quota: 10% of seats have been reserved for candidates from government, community, and council private schools under the classified (free) scholarship quota. Candidates will need to fill a separate online application form for this.
