Documentation Requirement

Candidates are required to submit the following documents along with the application form:

1. Copy of SEE examination mark sheet and character certificate (1 each).
2. Copy of birth registration certificate issued by the local registrar (1).
3. Two recently taken photographs (1 passport size, 1 auto-size). For online forms, upload a passport-size photograph.
4. For children of In-Service soldiers: A recommendation letter from the Unit Leader (1) or for Ex-Army: Copy of pension card for children of ex-soldiers (1).

Additional Information

• All candidates must participate in the entrance examination.
• A one-child-per-level policy has been established for military gross rank and staff quota.
• Only female students are invited to apply for Bijeshwari Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya.
