Buddhilal Bidya Munar Campus is a community campus in Shambhunath Municipality-7, Bhagwatpur, Saptari, Madhesh Province. Established in 2010 AD (2066 BS), it is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Nepal. 

The campus offers teacher-education programs at bachelor’s and master’s levels and welcomes learners from all backgrounds, including economically deprived and socially excluded groups such as Dalit, Janajati, Madheshi communities, and girls. At present, 363 regular students study here under the guidance of dedicated faculty and staff.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) — 4 Years
The campus runs four-year B.Ed. programs with subject options in Nepali, Mathematics, Health, and English. During the national transition, the campus also taught three-year and four-year B.Ed. cohorts as per TU policy. Graduates move into teaching roles in local schools and further study.

Master of Education (M.Ed.) — 2 Years, 4 Semesters
M.Ed. specializations include Nepali Education and Health Education. The program focuses on subject depth, teaching methods, assessment, and school-level leadership. It is suitable for graduates who wish to advance in teaching or contribute to school improvement.

Class Time: Morning shift from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
