Hello viewer! Myself as a BSc. agriculture student from AFU, I would like to provide some information about this university and its central campus. This University is truely based on the technical field of education of agriculture, veterinary, fisheries and forestry. This is the only one university in Nepal run by government with four major technical subjects only. BSc. Agriculture: Central campus for faculty of agriculture is in Rampur, Chitwan. Some government and private colleges under the affiliation of AFU have been established in different parts of country. BVSc. & AH: College for Bachelor in Veterinery Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc. & AH) is present in Rampur, Chitwan. No any AFU affiliated college of veterinery is present in any part of Nepal. BSc. Fisheries: Central campus for Fisheries is also present in Rampur, Chitwan. No any affiliated colleges of AFU are present in elsewhere for this faculty. This is also one and only BSc. Fisheries college in Nepal. BSc. Forestry: Central campus of BSc. Forestry under the AFU is present in Hetauda, Makawanpur. One affiliated college of forestry under the AFU is present in Katari, Udayapur. Information about entrance exam: Entrance exam of all the subjects will be held just after the Tihar and Chhat festival, in the months of Mangshir and Paush.
