Kavre Health Training Institute

Kavre Health Training Institute (KHeTI) was established in 1995. It is affiliated to Council for Educational and Vocational Training (CTEVT), which is authorized organization of Nepal government in the area of technical education. It offers Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and TSLC in Community Medicine Assistant-CMA.

Vision:

To co-operate the nation according to the national plan in the area of health by providing qualified health manpower.

Mission:

To provide qualified health manpower in rural and remote area of Nepal by producing junior and senior level technical qualified health worker through conducting TSLC and diploma level health programme.

Objectives of KHeTI:

• To provide health related middle level technical manpower in economic and qualitative way.
• To eradicate community based health problem and avoid superstation about health in community by mobilizing these type of manpower in rural areas.
• To provide health education in the community level.
• To change economic and social image of the community people who are low rank in economic and social aspect by creating theme self-dependence, self-employment, rural area oriented and service oriented.
• To recognize the institute by “Model Health Institution” for providing Technical Health Education in Qualitative way.
