Admission Procedure:

At Prasadi Academy, we strive to make the admission process smooth and accessible for aspiring students. Here's an overview of our admission procedure:

• Application: Students can apply for admission through both online and offline modes. We provide application forms to be filled out with the necessary information.

• Entrance Examination: After submitting the application, students are required to take an entrance examination. The results of this examination play a crucial role in the admission process.

• Admission Decision: Based on the performance in the entrance examination, the admission authority determines the available seats for students. We follow a "First Come First Serve" policy, and admissions will be automatically closed once the required number of students are admitted.

• Admission Procedure Announcement: The detailed admission procedures, including dates and requirements, will be announced after the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results are declared.

For Science Stream:

• Candidates preparing for the entrance test should focus on multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from C. English, C. Science, C. Mathematics, and Optional Mathematics, as per the Grade X syllabus.

For Management Stream:

• Candidates aiming for the management stream should prepare for MCQs from C. English, C. Science, and C. Mathematics, based on the Grade X syllabus.

Required Documents for Admission:

To complete the admission process, students need to submit the following documents:

1. Original and Photocopy of SEE Admit Card, attested by the applicant.
2. Photocopy or electronic copy of the Grade Sheet, attested by the applicant.
3. Recent passport-size photos of the candidate (two copies).

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for admission to Grade XI at Prasadi Academy, students must meet the following criteria:

• For Grade XI Science: a. Regularly passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) with Optional Mathematics and obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0 in aggregate from NEB Nepal. b. Must have a minimum of 'Grade C+' in C. English, C. Mathematics, Optional Mathematics, and Science in SEE. c. Must have a minimum of 'Grade C' in the remaining subjects in SEE. d. Students with a year gap are not accepted.
• For Grade XI Management: a. Regularly passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and obtained a minimum GPA of 2.2 in aggregate from NEB Nepal. b. Must have a minimum of 'Grade C' in all subjects. c. Students with a year gap are not accepted.

However, it is important to note that students must maintain their position or perform satisfactorily in internal examinations to continue availing the scholarship facilities. Explanation of Scholarship Awards:

• 1S: Students who achieve a GPA of 4 are eligible for a 75% fee waiver for the entire academic year, divided into two installments.
• 2S: Students with a GPA ranging from 3.9 to 4 are awarded a 50% fee waiver for the entire academic year, divided into six installments.
• 3S: Students with a GPA ranging from 3.8 to 3.9 are granted a 25% fee waiver for the entire academic year, divided into five installments.
• 4S: Students with a GPA ranging from 3.7 to 3.8 receive a 25% fee waiver for the entire academic year, divided into five installments.
• 5S: Students with a GPA ranging from 3.6 to 3.7 are provided a 15% fee waiver for the entire academic year, divided into five installments.
• 6S: The student who secures the top position in the entrance examination is awarded a 100% fee waiver for the academic year, divided into two installments.
• 7S: The top-performing student in each term receives a 100% fee waiver for the respective term, divided into twelve installments.
