Rapti Life Care Hospital and Nursing College was established in 2012 AD (2069 BS) as a private hospital and Nursing College. It is located in Tulsipur-5, Dang district of Nepal.
It has own 55 bedded hospital. It is affiliated to Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). It is also accredited by Nepal Nursing Council and Nepal Health Professional Council.

Rapti Life Care Hospital and Nursing College offers three years’ health training programs such as PCL nursing (Staffs Nurse) and PCL in General Medicine-Health Assistant (HA).
