School of Public Health and Technical Studies was established in 1995 AD (2056 BS) and it is located at Neelkantha Municipality, Dhading Besi, Dhading district. It is affiliated to Council for Technical Education and Vocation Training (CTEVT). It offers various programs various TSLC program in Civil and CMA, JTA and Lab Assistant.
