Eligibility: Students applying for Grade XI Management must have secured at least Grade D+ in each subject in SEE or equivalent.
The admission process includes a written entrance examination, interview, psychological test, and counselling. Students complete the application process, appear in the entrance examination, and enroll in the selected program after selection.
The Management stream is conducted in the morning shift from 6:00 AM onward. Classes are conducted six days a week from Sunday to Friday.
This schedule applies to the Management stream at Grade XI and XII level.
Teaching in the Management stream includes classroom lessons, lectures, seminars, tutorials, group discussions, projects, individual research, presentations, case methods, and industry-based projects.
Students are encouraged to ask questions, express viewpoints, complete assignments, and take part in presentations. Homework is treated as part of regular academic life and is used to build independent study habits and time management.
Study skills workshops and mentor assistance are available for students who need help with course study, learning habits, and personal management.
The evaluation system includes homework, attendance, extra-curricular activities, cycle tests, terminal examinations, pre-board or annual examinations, and continuous assessment.
Project work, oral presentations, and practical activities are part of the evaluation process. Cycle tests are conducted monthly on the courses taught during that period. First Terminal Examination, Second Terminal Examination, and Pre and Annual Examinations are also part of the academic calendar.
The HISSAN Examination is conducted at the end of the session following the NEB examination pattern. Students securing at least 35% marks in each subject are qualified to appear in the board examinations. Progress reports from terminal examinations are handed to parents or guardians.
