The Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) at Mangalbare Multiple Campus is a four-year program affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
It officially began in 2067 BS, and since then, it has become a reliable option for students in Ilam and surrounding areas who wish to study business without leaving their community.
This program is built for students who want to understand how organizations work and how business decisions are made. It covers essential areas like accounting, finance, marketing, management, and business law. The goal is to help students build practical knowledge, not just in theory, but in real situations they’ll face after graduation.
If you’ve completed your +2 level or equivalent, and you meet the minimum requirements set by TU, you’re eligible to apply. The campus handles admissions through a fair and clear process.
Over the course of four academic years, you’ll take core subjects related to business and management. In the final year, you’ll also complete a project-based field study, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned by working on a real business issue. This part of the course helps you connect classroom learning to real-life challenges.
Mangalbare Multiple Campus provides more than lectures. You’ll find experienced teachers, a supportive learning environment, and the opportunity to study close to home at a manageable cost. The BBS program here has helped many local students prepare for jobs in banking, cooperatives, offices, and private companies, or to continue their studies further.
Tribhuvan University and the University Grants Commission of Nepal fully recognize the program.
