PCL in General Medicine-Health Assistant (HA) is a 3-year program offered by Rambha Devi College of Medical Science, Butwal, Rupandehi, Nepal, affiliated with CTEVT. The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of medical science, healthcare management, and patient care.

Graduates of the program can work as Health Assistants, Community Health Workers, Medical Assistants, and Healthcare Managers.
