AFU Postgraduate Second Semester Regular Exam: Online Form Open

Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU) has published a notice regarding filling the ONLINE examination application form for postgraduate-level students to participate in the Second Semester regular examination.

According to the university’s Examination Controller’s Office, this arrangement applies to students enrolled and currently studying at the postgraduate level in the Academic Session 2079/082 (2025) under the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Animal Science, Veterinary Science and Fisheries, and the Faculty of Forestry.

As per the notice, the examination application form can be submitted with the regular fee from 2082/10/20 to 12:00 AM on 2082/11/02. Similarly, the form can be submitted with a late fee from 2082/11/03 to 12:00 AM on 2082/11/04.

The examination application form will be available at form.afu.edu.np. The notice states that all details mentioned in the application form must be completed compulsorily, and two (2) passport-size photographs must be affixed, recently taken, with the face and both ears clearly visible.

Regarding fees, the notice states that for the postgraduate level, the examination fee must be paid at the rate of NPR 9,000, and the examination application form fee at the rate of NPR 900. It further states that if the form is not submitted within the specified time period, late fees will apply as follows: on Magh 03, 2082: NPR 300; on Magh 04, 2082: NPR 500; and on Magh 05, 2082: NPR 1,100.

The notice states that the examination fee amount must be paid only through the Portal’s Online Payment Link. It also states that examinees who have failed the internal assessment examination will not be allowed to appear in the final examination. The admit card (Admit Card) can be downloaded by the student personally two (2) days before the examination begins.

The notice states that if any problem arises or any error occurs while filling the online form, students should contact the concerned faculty/college. It is also stated that the examination timetable will be published later and can also be viewed on the Agriculture and Forestry University website at www.afu.edu.np.
