ADBL Written Exam Center Notice for Agriculture Development Bank Level-4 (Accountant) - The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, is conducting the first phase of the pre-qualification written examination for the Level-4 Accountant post at Agriculture Development Bank Limited. This is based on Advertisement No. 18/2081-82 (Open and Inclusive), Administration Service.

This notice has been issued to inform all approved applicants about the date, time, and exam centers.

Candidates requiring a writer assistant must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the exam, along with the reason and supporting documents, as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

The compulsory exam guidelines for examinees are listed under Note 1 below.

Note 1: Important Instructions for Examinees

• Exams will not be postponed even in case of an unexpected public holiday.

• Candidates must use only black ink dot pen/ball pen on the answer sheet.

• Only capital letters A, B, C, or D will be accepted for multiple choice answers.

• Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

• Entry without admit card is not allowed. Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the scheduled time.

• Candidates must also bring a valid photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal or their citizenship certificate along with the admit card.

• Candidates must attend the exam only at the designated exam center mentioned in the notice.

• Due to possible infectious diseases, candidates must manage their own masks, sanitizer, and drinking water.
