Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Candidates must use only a dot pen/pen with black ink while writing answers.

2. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without the admit card. It must be brought along and candidates should reach the examination hall at least one hour before the exam begins.

3. Carrying bags, mobile phones, or electronic devices inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

4. Even if there is an unexpected public holiday on the examination day, the exam will be conducted as scheduled without prior notice.

5. For multiple-choice questions, only answers marked in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be accepted.

6. Candidates must bring their admit card along with citizenship or any photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. The examination will be conducted following the Public Service Commission’s Examination (Operation and Management) Guidelines, 2077 (Third Amendment).

8. Candidates requiring a writing assistant as per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, must personally apply to the concerned examination office at least 10 days before the exam date.
