Examination Instructions
The commission has also enforced various rules to ensure a disciplined examination process.
Answer Sheet and Writing Rules
Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink on the answer sheet.
In objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters as A, B, C, or D will be recognized.
Prohibited Items
It is strictly prohibited to carry bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices into the examination building.
If an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the scheduled examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission.
Entry, Admit Card, and Identification
An admit card is mandatory for appearing in the examination. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without the admit card.
Candidates must arrive at the examination building at least one hour before the start of the examination.
Along with the admit card issued by the concerned body, candidates must also bring their citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
The examination will be conducted in compliance with the Special Situation Examination Operation and Management Criteria, 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the commission.
Provision for Writing Assistance
In accordance with Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission regulatory framework, candidates who require a writing assistant must appear in person at the office conducting the examination and submit an application at least 10 days before the examination date.
