EPF, CIT and SSF Exam Schedule and Centers

The Public Service Commission, Security Agencies and Organized Institutions Division, Written Examination Operation Branch, has published a notice regarding the written examination schedule and examination center allocation for fourth-level Assistant or equivalent posts under the Employees Provident Fund, Citizen Investment Trust, and Social Security Fund.

According to the Commission, the advertisement publication date was 2082/10/09, while the written examination schedule publication date is 2082/12/23.

As per the previously published advertisements of the above-mentioned institutions, the integrated written examination schedule for open and inclusive competition for non-technical fourth-level Assistant or equivalent posts under Administration Service and Administration/General Administration/Accounts Group has been fixed as follows for the information of all concerned.

Important Instructions

1. Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen or pen in the answer sheet.

2. No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without the admit card. Therefore, candidates must bring the admit card compulsorily and reach the examination venue at least 1 hour before the examination begins.

3. Carrying bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices into the examination hall is prohibited.

4. Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

5. In objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters A, B, C, and D will be recognized.

6. Candidates must bring the admit card issued by the concerned institution along with their citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. The examination will be conducted in compliance with the Examination Operation and Management Standards, 2077, issued by the Commission for special situations related to infection control.

8. As provided in Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must personally appear at the Commission office conducting the examination and submit an application at least 10 days before the examination date.
