The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, Examination Section, Anamnagar, has published a notice fixing the examination centers for the written examination of the posts of Section Officer or Equivalent, Technical Officer, Curriculum Officer, and Research Officer under Nepal Education Service, Education Administration Group, Inspection, English, Nepali, and Sanskrit Sub-groups.

According to Notice No. 215/082-83, published on 2082.12.22, the written examination for candidates whose applications were approved with Kathmandu as the examination center under Advertisement No. 17316-17325/082-83 of the Commission’s Central Office will be conducted as per the previously scheduled program.

Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with the reason for requiring an assistant writer and supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Instructions

The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission and will be conducted according to the scheduled program.
Only black ink must be used in the examination. The use of pencil in the objective answer sheet is not allowed.
While answering multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters A, B, C, and D will be recognized.
Candidates whose applications have been approved will not be accommodated at any examination center other than the one assigned by the office conducting the examination.
Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination center. The use of calculators is not allowed in the objective examination.
No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit card and reach the examination center at least 1 hour before the examination begins.
Candidates must bring their admit card along with either their citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
Due to communicable diseases, candidates must make their own arrangements for masks, sanitizer, and drinking water for personal use.
