Examinees must complete the form themselves through the online portal. The office has also published a detailed procedure for completing the online form.

Online Form Submission Process and Rules

Form Submission: After selecting the subjects, students must click “Submit Application” at the end of the form to complete the application process.

Students Responsible for Their Subject Selection

The notice states that students must select only the subjects prescribed by the university’s regulations and curriculum. Students who select incorrect subjects will not be permitted to sit for the examination, and the Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible.

Students are therefore advised to visit their respective departments or campuses and confirm the subject names and code numbers before making their selections.

Special Instructions for Campuses and Departments

The concerned campuses and departments must verify every form submitted by their students. They must then enter the marks obtained by regular students in their internal assessment examinations before clicking “Submit,” as instructed by the Controller of Examinations.
