Tribhuvan University Publishes Four-Year Bachelor’s Second-Year Partial Examination Schedule

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Tribhuvan University, has published the partial examination schedule for the second year of the four-year bachelor’s programmes—B.A., B.Ed., B.B.S. and B.Sc.—for the academic year 2082 under the annual examination system.

The notice was published on Shrawan 12, 2083, stating that the partial examinations for candidates under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Management, and Institute of Science and Technology will be conducted according to the decision of the Central Examination Conducting Committee.

Special Notice Regarding Missed Examination Application Forms

Candidates who missed the deadline for submitting their examination application forms must complete the required process through their respective campuses and submit the forms with a double fee to the concerned Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations by Shrawan 19, 2083.

Special Instructions for Candidates

  1. No alternative arrangement will be made for candidates who are absent from an examination conducted according to the schedule above.

  2. Examinations will not be postponed due to an unexpected public holiday unless Tribhuvan University issues prior notice.

  3. If any subject or paper that a candidate is required to take has been omitted from the schedule or clashes with another examination, the candidate must inform the Office of the Controller of Examinations within seven days from the date the schedule is published on the website. Otherwise, the examinations will be conducted according to this schedule.

  4. Candidates must contact their respective campuses regarding practical examinations.

  5. Candidates must bring the materials required for the examination, including log tables, journal vouchers, graph paper and charts, and may use them only after obtaining prior approval from the Centre Superintendent.

  6. The concerned campus must submit the marks obtained in practical examinations and internal assessments to the Office of the Controller of Examinations within one month after the completion of the theoretical examinations.

  7. Candidates are prohibited from carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, digital diaries or other prohibited items into the examination hall. The Centre Superintendent may confiscate such items.

  8. When completing the examination application form, candidates must confirm and select only the subjects prescribed by Tribhuvan University’s rules and curriculum, as stated in the examination application notice. The campus or the student will be responsible for any discrepancy.

  9. An examination taken from a centre other than the designated examination centre will automatically be cancelled.

  10. For B.B.S. Old Course candidates, one examination centre will be designated in each province under the respective Regional Office of the Controller of Examinations.
