The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has issued a notice regarding the submission of online examination forms for the December 2026 examinations. The notice applies to students appearing in the Chartered Accountancy Application, CAP-II and CAP-III level examinations.
Examination Form Submission Deadlines
In accordance with Rule 14 of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Regulations, 2004, students can submit their online examination forms within the following deadlines:

Normal Fee: From 7 October 2026 (21 Ashwin 2083) to 27 October 2026 (10 Kartik 2083), until 5:00 PM.

Late Fee: Until 1 November 2026 (15 Kartik 2083), at 5:00 PM.
ICAN has clarified that examination forms will not be accepted until the required payment has been completed.
Examination Centers
The Application, CAP-II and CAP-III examinations will be conducted at examination centers within Kathmandu Valley and the following locations:

How to Submit the Online Examination Form
Students can submit their examination forms through the Student Login portal available on ICAN's official website at https://en.ican.org.np/en/.
Students experiencing difficulties while submitting their online examination forms may visit the ICAN office or contact the examination department using the following details:
