Karnali Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Postponed Examination: Writ No. 079-5/0-0479 registered in the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the notification regarding the recruitment of the eighth and seventh-level officers published by the Province Public Service Commission Karnali Province on 25-06-2079. Whereas it is deemed appropriate to discuss and resolve this in the presence of both parties.
As a short-term interim order has been issued by the Honorable Supreme Court not to proceed with the advertisement for the recruitment of new employees on 2079-06-25 by the Province Public Service Commission Karnali until the discussion is resolved.
It is a request for the information of all concerned regarding the decision of the Commission dated 2079-08-08 that the operation of all the notices regarding the filling of posts of the eighth and seventh level of officers published by this commission on 2079-06-25 shall be suspended until further orders from the honorable Supreme Court.
