The Public Service Commission, Butwal Office (Examination Section), Butwal, Rupandehi has published a notice setting the examination venues for the first phase written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent.
According to Notice No. 1196/082-83 dated 2083/01/10, the first phase competitive written examination will be conducted as per the pre-scheduled program for candidates whose online application forms have been approved under Advertisement Nos. 13807–13812/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), under the joint and integrated examination system, with Butwal as the examination center.
Candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with documents stating the reason for requiring a scribe and supporting evidence, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must use only a pen or dot pen with black ink on the answer sheet.

Candidates must reach the designated examination venue at least one hour before the examination begins.

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their citizenship certificate or any original photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal along with the admit card.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination venue.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination in any venue other than the designated one.

Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
