The Public Service Commission, Mahendranagar Office, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur has published a notice fixing the examination centers for the first phase written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent.
According to Notice No. 49/082/83 dated 2083/01/10, the first phase competitive written examination will be conducted as per the Commission’s previously published examination schedule for candidates whose online application forms have been approved under Advertisement Nos. 16302–16305/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), with Mahendranagar as the examination center for the post of Kharidar or equivalent.
The notice also states that candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, stating the reason for requiring a scribe and attaching supporting documents, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink on the answer sheet.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit card along with their citizenship certificate or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal, and must reach the designated examination center at least one hour before the examination begins.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, and any other electronic devices are prohibited at the examination center.

Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

No candidate will be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the assigned one.

Candidates must fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel deployed for the examination.
