The Public Service Commission, Pokhara Office (Examination Section), Pardi, Pokhara has published a notice setting the examination venues for the first phase written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent.
According to Notice No. 102/082-83 dated 2083/01/09, the first phase written examination will be conducted at the following examination centers for candidates whose online applications have been approved under Advertisement Nos. 12858–12862/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), under the Judicial/Administration Service and the Judicial/Government Attorney/General Administration/Accounts groups, with Pokhara as the examination center.
Candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with documents stating the reason for requiring a scribe and supporting evidence, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Rules and Instructions Related to the Examination

Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the examination begins.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination venue.

The answer sheet for the first phase examination will be based on the OMR system.

Only a pen or dot pen with black ink must be used in the examination.

Candidates must carry their admit card to the examination venue. They must also bring their Nepalese citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity document issued by a government office.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination at any center other than the designated examination center.
