The Examination Section of the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti has published a notice setting the examination venues for the first phase written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent.
According to Notice No. 91/082-83 dated 2083/01/10, the examination for candidates whose online application forms have been approved under Advertisement Nos. 15706–15710/082-83 (Open/Inclusive) under the joint and integrated examination system will be conducted on the prescribed date, time, and venue.
The notice also states that candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with documents stating the reason for requiring a scribe and supporting evidence, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Rules and Instructions Related to the Examination

Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Since no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card, candidates must bring their admit card and reach the examination venue at least one hour before the examination begins. Admit cards will not be distributed from the examination venue.

Bags, mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination venue.

Only a dot pen or pen with black ink must be used in the examination.

When appearing for the examination, candidates must bring the admit card issued by the Commission along with their citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity document issued by a government office.
