Public Service Commission, Jumla Office, Khalanga has published a notice fixing the examination centers for the first phase written examination of the Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent post.
According to Notice No. 33/082-83 published on 2083/01/10, the first phase competitive written examination will be conducted as per the Commission’s previously published examination schedule for all candidates whose online application forms have been approved under Advertisement Nos. 15352–15354/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), under the joint and integrated examination system for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent, with Jumla and Dolpa as examination centers.

Important Instructions for Candidates

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the examination begins.

Candidates must bring their admit card issued by the concerned authority along with their citizenship certificate or any original photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.

The examination will not be postponed from the scheduled program for any reason without prior notice from the Commission.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

Only a pen or dot pen with black ink must be used in the examination.

Candidates must fully comply with the instructions given by the personnel assigned to the examination.

Any activity against the dignity of the examination is prohibited in the examination hall and toilets.

No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination at any center other than the designated examination center.

Candidates who require a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination date, along with documents stating the reason for requiring a scribe and supporting evidence, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
