PSC Hetauda Publishes Nayab Subba Second-Stage Exam Center and Schedule
Public Service Commission, Hetauda Office, Hetauda, Makwanpur, has published a notice regarding the exam center and schedule for the second-stage written examination of the Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent post. The Commission issued the information through Notice No. 89/082-83 on 2083/02/31.
This pre-scheduled second-stage written examination program will be conducted for candidates who passed the first-stage examination with Hetauda as their examination center under Kathmandu Office Advertisement No. 11901-11906/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), under the integrated examination system of the Judicial, Foreign Affairs, Administration, Federal Parliament, and Audit services.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the examination start date, along with documents stating the reason and evidence for requesting an assistant writer, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

If an unexpected public holiday falls on the day of the examination, the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring either their Nepali citizenship certificate or an original photo-bearing identity card issued by a government office while appearing for the examination.

Candidates must arrive at the examination center 1 hour before the examination begins.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.

Only black ink must be used in the examination.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the assigned examination center.
