PSC Kathmandu Publishes Second-Stage Written Exam Centers for Nayab Subba

The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office (Examination Branch), Anamnagar, has published the examination buildings and timetable for the second-stage written examination of the Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent post. The Commission issued Notice No. 283/082-83 and made the information public on 2083/02/31.
This notice has been published for candidates who passed the first-stage examination with Kathmandu as the examination center under Advertisement No. 11901-11906/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), under the integrated examination system for Judicial, Foreign Affairs, Administration, Federal Parliament, and Audit services.
According to the Commission, the examination buildings for the second and third papers may be different. Therefore, candidates must confirm the third paper examination building according to their service/group before going to take the examination. Candidates will not be allowed to take the examination at any place other than the designated examination building, and they will not be allowed to participate in the examination of any group other than the service/group mentioned in the admit card.

Mandatory Instructions for Examinees
The Commission has instructed candidates to compulsorily follow the following rules:

If an unexpected holiday falls on the day of the examination, the examination scheduled as per the fixed program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink in the answer sheet.
-
Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.
-
As no candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card, candidates must carry the admit card and arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the examination begins.

Candidates from examination centers other than Kathmandu, except those who passed the first-stage examination from the Kathmandu examination center, will not be allowed to participate in the examination.

Candidates must bring their admit card along with their citizenship certificate or any identity card with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal.

No candidate will be allowed to sit the examination in any examination building other than the designated examination building.
