Lok Sewa Aayog Hetauda Exam Center Announcement for Gazetted Second Fourth Level Technical and Health Services

The Public Service Commission (PSC) Hetauda has issued notice no. 45/080-81 dated 2080/07/19, conveying essential information regarding the establishment of the examination center for various posts.

  1. Examination Details: The PSC Hetauda is set to conduct written examinations for eligible candidates for Second Grade (Technical) and Fourth Grade Posts in Health Services.

Pre-Examination Guidelines for Candidates:

  • Date and Venue: All candidates must note the specific date, time, and place of their examination as stipulated in the notice.

  • Assistant Writer Provision: Candidates in need of an assistant writer must apply 10 days prior to the exam, aligning with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Instructions for the Examination Day:

  • Adherence to Schedule: The exam will proceed on the announced date regardless of unexpected holidays unless otherwise notified by the Commission.

  • Writing Instruments: Only black ink is permissible, and the use of a lead pencil in objective answer books is prohibited.

  • Answering MCQs: For multiple-choice questions, answers must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D).

  • Center-specific Attendance: Examination attendance is strictly limited to the approved center in Hetaunda.

  • Admit Card Requirement: Entry to the examination hall requires a valid admit card.

  • Arrival Time: Candidates must arrive at the exam center one hour before the exam commences.

  • Electronic Device Policy: Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets, including calculators, are banned within the exam premises.

  • Designated Examination Center: Candidates are allowed to take the exam only at the designated center.

  • Identification: A certificate of Nepali citizenship or a government-issued identity card with a photograph must be presented.

Health Safety Measures:

  • Self-Care Supplies: Amid concerns of communicable diseases, examinees are expected to bring their own antidote, sanitizer, and drinking water.

  • Special Arrangements for COVID-19 Infected Candidates: Those testing positive for Covid-19 can report to the office for special examination arrangements.
