Exam Centre Notice for Kharidar Second Class Written Examination
The Public Service Commission, Khotang Office, publishes this notice for all candidates who passed the first-phase competitive written test from Examination Centre Diktel, Khotang, under Advertisement Nos. 10952-10957/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) for the Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent post.
The second-phase written examination will proceed as scheduled on the following date, time, and venue.

Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

Bring the original admission card. Arrive at the exam building at least one hour early. If a copy is required, collect it from this office one day before the exam.

Carry the original Nepali citizenship certificate or any photo-bearing ID issued by the Government of Nepal. Entry without valid ID is prohibited.

Mobile phones, electronic devices, and bags are not allowed inside the exam hall.

Use black-ink pen or dot-pen only.

Refrain from any unwanted or indisciplined activity in the exam building or toilets.

Follow all instructions given by examination personnel.

Candidates needing a scribe must apply to this office ten days before the exam date, under Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations 2079, with reasons and supporting documents.
