Kharidar or Equivalent Post First Phase Exam Notice – Khotang Exam Centers
As per Advertisement No. 10952-10957/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) by Lok Sewa Aayog, Khotang Office, under the joint and integrated examination system, the first phase of the competitive written examination for the non-technical Gazetted Second Class (Kharidar or equivalent) will be conducted at Diktel, Khotang.
The exam will take place on the date, time, and location listed below for candidates whose applications have been accepted.

Instructions for Examinees

Candidates must bring the admission card and an original citizenship certificate or valid government-issued photo identification.

Arrive at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.

Participation in any exam center other than the assigned one is not permitted.

Mobile phones, other electronic devices, and bags are prohibited inside the exam hall.

Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed for writing.

Calculators are not permitted for the objective multiple-choice questions.

Candidates must submit the answer sheet before leaving the examination hall.

Exams will proceed as scheduled even if an unexpected public holiday occurs unless notified otherwise by the Commission.

Candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit a written request with reasons and supporting documents as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The request must be submitted at least 10 days before the examination date.
