Lok Sewa Aayog Lekhapal Second Phase Exam Center Notice – Baglung
According to the Public Service Commission (PSC) Pokhara Office, candidates who appeared and passed the first phase written examination held on 2082/02/31 for the post of Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical) Lekhapal, under Advertisement No. 12852, 12855/081–82 (Women and Dalit category), Administration Service, Accounts Group, are informed that the second phase written examination (Second and Third Papers) will be conducted as per the pre-scheduled program at the following date, time, and location.
Candidates must strictly follow the instructions mentioned below under Notes.
Additionally, candidates who require a scribe (assistant writer) must submit a written request with valid reasons and supporting documents to this office at least 10 days prior to the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

The examination will not be postponed without prior official notice from the Commission.

Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to attend the examination. Each candidate must bring their admit card along with the original Nepali Citizenship Certificate or a valid photo ID issued by a government office.

Candidates must be present at the exam center at least one hour before the scheduled exam time.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam building.

Only black ink pen or dot pen is allowed. Pencils are not permitted in the answer sheets.

All instructions provided by the exam staff must be strictly followed.

Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any center other than the one assigned.
