
PSC Section Officer 2nd Phase Exam Center – Surkhet and Jumla
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Central Office, Kathmandu, has published this notice regarding the written examination centers for the second-phase competitive exams of the Section Officer (Shakha Adhikrit) or equivalent post under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), through the Joint and Integrated Examination System.
Candidates who passed the first-phase examination conducted on 2081/12/30 and 2082/02/10 from Surkhet and Jumla centers are selected for this second-phase examination. The exams will be conducted on the following date, time, and location as per the schedule published in PSC’s Notice No. 2467/2081-82 dated 2082/03/03.

Important Instructions

Only candidates who passed the first-phase exam held on 2081/12/30 are eligible to attend the second-phase exam for Administration, Federal Parliament, and Audit Services.

Only candidates who passed the first-phase exam held on 2082/02/10 are eligible for the second-phase exam of the Foreign Service.

Exams will not be postponed on sudden holidays unless officially notified by the Commission.

Admit card is mandatory. Candidates must bring their admit card and be present at the exam hall at least one hour before the exam begins.

Candidates who require a duplicate admit card must collect it from the office at least one day before the examination.

Candidates must carry an original citizenship certificate or government-issued photo ID.

Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Only black ink pens must be used to write answers.
