Lok Sewa Aayog Jaleshwar Fixes Second-Phase Exam Buildings for Nayab Subba Post

The Public Service Commission, Jaleshwar Office, has fixed the examination buildings for the second-phase written examination for the post of Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or equivalent. Under Advertisement Nos. 11301-11306/082-83 (Open and Inclusive), examination centers have been designated through three separate notices for candidates who passed the first-phase examination and were selected for the second phase.
The Commission’s Jaleshwar Office has fixed examination buildings at convenient locations for candidates who took the first-phase examination from the Birgunj (Parsa), Lahan (Siraha), and Jaleshwar (Mahottari) examination centers.
Examination Schedule Details
For all services and groups, the examination time has been fixed at 1:00 PM, and the examination duration will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The examination schedule is as follows:
14 Asar 2083: Second Paper, Contemporary Studies and Public Service Management, for all services/groups.
15 Asar 2083: Third Paper, Service Group-Related, Judicial/Law, Government Attorney.
16 Asar 2083: Third Paper, Service Group-Related, Administration/General Administration.
17 Asar 2083: Third Paper, Service Group-Related, Administration/Accounts.
18 Asar 2083: Third Paper, Service Group-Related, Administration/Revenue.

Mandatory Rules and Instructions for Candidates
The Commission has set the following conditions that candidates must follow while participating in the examination:
No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Therefore, candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination building at least 1 hour before the examination begins.
Only a dot pen or pen with black ink must be used in the examination.
Bags, smartwatches, mobile phones, and any other electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building.
Along with the admit card, candidates must carry their citizenship certificate or an identity card with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal.
Candidates will not be allowed to participate in any examination center other than the one assigned to them.
Candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to the office 10 days in advance in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
The scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
