CTEVT Calls for Diploma and Certificate Level Exam Application Forms: Regular Fee Until Asar 23

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has opened application forms for regular and partial examinations of various diploma and certificate level academic programs. The Council published a very urgent notice on Wednesday, 2 Asar 2083, announcing the deadline and procedure for examinations to be conducted in the months of Shrawan/Bhadra.
Examination Programs and Related Groups
This notice will apply to both annual and semester examination systems.
Annual Examination System: Regular and partial examinees of the first, second, and third years of Certificate Level Nursing, General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Radiography, Ayurveda General Medicine, Acupuncture, Dental Science, Ophthalmic Science, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Yoga and Naturopathy, Forestry, and Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science).
Semester Examination System: Regular and partial examinees of the first year second part, second year second part, and third year second part in various engineering disciplines, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Work, Entrepreneurship Development, Beauty and Cosmetology, and Agriculture.
Special Scholarship Program: Examinees under the Special Scholarship Program for Technical Education for Dalit, Muslim, and endangered communities.
Form Submission Schedule
Examinees and educational institutions must complete the process within the following deadlines:
Final date to submit forms with regular fee: Up to 23 Asar 2083.
Final date to submit forms with late fee: From 24 Asar 2083 to 29 Asar 2083.
Online entry period in ITMS by educational institutions: Up to Asar 23 for regular fee and up to Asar 29 for late fee.
Examination Fee Details
The examination fees for different educational institutions have been fixed as follows:
Annual Examination System (Regular): Rs. 1,000 for constituent, partnership, and community schools, and Rs. 2,500 for private educational institutions.
Semester Examination System (Regular): Rs. 500 for constituent, partnership, and community schools, and Rs. 2,000 for private educational institutions.
Partial Examination: Rs. 300 as the examination application form fee and an additional Rs. 150 per theoretical or practical subject. In the case of late fee, double the prescribed fee will be charged.

Important Instructions
Examinees must have been registered in the ITMS online portal from the academic session 2077/078 (A.D. 2020) onward.
Examinees who have failed in internal assessment (NQ) will not be allowed to participate in the final examination.
Nepali citizenship or an identity card with a photograph will be mandatory to participate in the examination.
