Nayab Subba Second Phase Written Exam Center Hetauda Notice 2082
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Kathmandu Office, Anamnagar, has published the exam center notice for Advertisement No. 11901/081-82 (Open Category), Nepal Administration Service, Accounting Group, Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or Equivalent Post.
As per the previously published schedule, the second phase competitive written examination for all candidates who passed the first phase will be held in Hetauda at the following date, time, and venue.
Application for Assistant Writer
Candidates requiring an assistant writer must apply with valid reasons and supporting documents at the PSC office at least 10 days before the exam date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
Candidates must strictly follow the instructions listed below.

Instructions for Candidates

Candidates must reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam premises.

If a public holiday falls on the exam date, the exam will still be held as scheduled without prior notice.

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their original citizenship certificate or any valid government-issued photo ID.

Only black ink pens must be used during the exam. Pencils are not allowed in the answer sheet.

Candidates must appear only at their designated exam center. Participation at any other center will not be permitted.
