Examination Guidelines:

1. Writing Tools: Candidates should only use dot pens or pens with black ink on their answer sheets.
2. Admit Cards: Each candidate must carry their admit card and reach the examination hall at least one hour before the exam's start time.
3. Prohibited Items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall.
4. Examination Schedule: The exam will proceed as planned, even on unexpected holidays, unless a prior notice of postponement is issued by the Commission.
5. Objective Multiple Choice Questions: Answers to these questions must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D).
6. Identification: Along with the admit card, candidates must bring either their citizenship card or an ID issued by the Nepal government.
7. Examination Norms: The examination will adhere to the Commission's norms related to examination operation and management (Third Amendment, 2077), particularly for special transition cases.
8. Health Declaration: All examinees must fill out a self-declaration form about their health condition related to Covid-19 on the NAST website.

Covid-19 Safety Precautions

As we navigate the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, additional safety measures have been implemented:

1. Personal Safety Equipment: Candidates should wear a mask, carry sanitizer, and bring their drinking water.
2. Arrival Time: Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled examination time.
3. Physical Distancing: Candidates should maintain a 2-meter distance when entering and exiting the examination center, and avoid crowding.
4. Avoid Gathering: Candidates should refrain from gathering and conversing in groups.
5. Compliance: It is imperative that candidates follow all instructions given by the examination personnel.

Furthermore, special arrangements will be made for candidates infected with Covid-19, and such candidates are required to inform NAST in advance.
