Nepal Telecom's 4th Level Assistant Written Examination Center

Nepal Telecom (Telecommunications Company Limited), under the administration of the Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, announces the written examination schedule for Level-4 Assistant Post. This notice complies with Notice No. 01/080-81, dated 2080/04/04.

Examination Information

The advertisement for this Assistant Post, within the Service Administration Group, Level-4, was first published on 2079/11/12. The written examination for shortlisted candidates will be held while adhering to health and safety standards set by the Government of Nepal, and following Computer Standards for Examination (Operation and Management) in Special Conditions approved by the Public Service Commission, 2077.

Note: Candidates will only be allowed in the designated examination buildings.

Request for an Assistant Writer

Candidates needing an assistant writer must submit an application to the office 10 days before the examination date in compliance with Rule 68 (1) of the Lok Rauwa Commission Regulations, 2079. Applications should detail the reasons for the request, alongside necessary supporting documents.

Examination Guidelines:

  1. The examination will not be postponed without the Commission's prior notice.
  2. Only black ink can be used on the answer book. No lead pens for objective answer books.
  3. For multiple-choice questions, answers should be written in English capital letters (A, B, C, D).
  4. Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed. Calculators are not permitted in the first paper.
  5. Candidates must bring the admit card and arrive at least 1 hour before the examination commencement.
  6. Admit cards and an identity card issued by the Government of Nepal with a photograph must be brought.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

Candidates must also adhere to the following guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  1. Candidates must bring their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water.
  2. Instructions given by the assigned personnel must be strictly followed.
  3. Candidates must avoid crowding when entering and exiting the examination center.
  4. Group discussions are not permitted.
