Nepal Telecom, also known as Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, is set to conduct an open, inclusive, and competitive written examination. This is in line with their earlier notification for various posts in the internal competition. This post aims to inform all interested parties about the upcoming examination schedule and crucial guidelines to ensure a smooth, fair, and safe examination process.

Essential Guidelines for Candidates

Candidates must adhere to the following instructions while taking the examination:

  1. Writing Material: Only dot pen or pen with black ink should be used on the answer sheet.

  2. Admit Card & Punctuality: Admit cards are mandatory for admission to the examination. Candidates should arrive at the examination hall at least one hour prior to the examination start time.

  3. Prohibited Items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall.

  4. Examination Schedule: Even on unexpected holidays, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

  5. MCQ Answers: For multiple-choice questions (MCQs), only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, D will be accepted.

  6. Identification: Candidates must carry their citizenship or an identity card issued by the government of Nepal, along with their admit card.

  7. Examination Regulations: The examination will follow the norms related to Examination (Operation and Management), 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission.

  8. Covid-19 Considerations: Candidates infected with Covid-19 must inform Nepal Telecom in advance. Special examination centers will be arranged for these candidates.

Covid-19 Safety Measures for Examinees

To ensure the safety of all examinees amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the following additional measures should be followed:

  1. Personal Protection: Candidates must wear a mask and bring sanitizer and drinking water.

  2. Timing: Candidates should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled exam time.

  3. Social Distancing: Candidates must maintain a distance of two meters at all times, including entry and exit from the exam center, and while using restrooms.

  4. Avoid Gatherings: Group conversations and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  5. Compliance: All instructions given by the assigned personnel must be strictly adhered to.

By strictly following these guidelines, candidates can ensure a fair and safe examination environment for all.
