Civil Service Hospital (Nijamati Karmachari Hospital) Examination Program Announcement 2080
The Civil Service Hospital (Nijamati Karmachari Hospital) has released the examination program for various posts as per the pre-published advertisement. The written exam program, which includes limited, open, and inclusive competitive examinations, was announced on 2080/03/25, following the initial advertisement on 2079/11/30.
Examination Details
The competitive written examination program for the open and inclusive side includes positions such as Senior Registrar (Specialist), Technician, Surgery, and Spinal Surgery at Level 9. The specific schedule for the open side written examination will be published at a later date.
Examination Guidelines
Candidates are required to adhere to the following guidelines during the examination:
- Use only a dot pen or pen with black ink on the answer sheet.
- Arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the start of the examination with the admit card. No candidate will be allowed without it.
- Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the examination hall.
- The examination will proceed as scheduled, even in the event of an unexpected holiday, unless otherwise notified by the Commission.
- For multiple-choice questions, only answers written in capital letters A, B, C, D will be accepted.
- Along with the admit card, candidates must bring their citizenship or an identity card issued by the government of Nepal.
- The examination will be conducted in accordance with the Examination (Operation and Management), 2077 (Third Amendment) norms issued by the Commission.
- Candidates infected with Covid-19 must inform the Civil Service Hospital in advance. A special examination center will be arranged for them.
Covid-19 Safety Measures
In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, candidates are advised to follow these additional safety measures:
- Wear a mask before entering the examination center and bring personal sanitizer and drinking water.
- Arrive at the examination center 1 hour before the scheduled examination time.
- Maintain a distance of 2 meters when entering and exiting the examination center and avoid crowding.
- Avoid gathering and talking in groups.
- Follow all instructions given by the examination personnel.
