Very Important Notice regarding Special Opportunity (Partial) Examination Schedule for Diploma / Proficiency Certificate Level
Registration for the academic session 2069/070 (2012), according to the information about filling the examination application form published in the National daily journal, dated 2076/07/25, by Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Examination Control, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management and Information Technology Program First Year Second Section, Second Year DOS Special notice for students failing in the first year, second year and third year examinations for the third year and third-year second division program and certification level under the annual examination system.
Note: According to the above program, no further arrangements will be made for the candidates who are absent in the examination and who have to leave the examination for any reason.
- Since the experimental examination will be conducted in the respective institutes after the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned educational institution will have to prepare the experimental test schedule and approve it from the concerned provincial office.
- The examination will not be postponed even if there is an unexpected leave without prior notice of the Council.
- The examination should be done from the designated examination center only. The exam center cannot be changed.
