As per the annual schedule of the name registration examination published by the Nepal Nursing Council, the upcoming name registration examinations for nursing programs at various levels will be held from Falgun 11 to Falgun 15, 2082. This notice has been published for information.

Online form submission period: 2082-09-25 to 2082-10-24

Online late fee period: 2082-10-25 to 2082-10-29 (up to 5:00 PM during office hours)

  1. To fill out the online form, please go to application.nnc.org.np and follow the instructions provided. Applications for the examination will not be accepted through any medium other than online.

  2. The examination fee must be paid through the Online Payment Gateway Khalti.

  3. The eligibility and fees for examinees participating in the name registration examination are mentioned below.

Details

Exam: Proficiency Certificate Level Nursing

  • Minimum qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level Nursing (PCL Nursing)
  • Fee: Rs. 3,500
  • Late fee: Rs. 7,000

Exam: B.Sc. Nursing

  • Minimum qualification: Passed B.Sc. Nursing level
  • Fee: Rs. 3,500
  • Late fee: Rs. 7,000

Exam: BMS

  • Minimum qualification: Passed BMS level
  • Fee: Rs. 4,100
  • Late fee: Rs. 8,200

Exam: Specialized Nursing

  • Minimum qualification: Passed postgraduate nursing level (MN/M.Sc. Nursing)
  • Fee: Rs. 5,100
  • Late fee: Rs. 10,200
  1. To be eligible to sit for the examination, the result must have been published by 2082-10-24 and the required documents must also have been issued within the same date. In addition, all required educational qualification certificates must be uploaded online. Examinees who do not submit all documents by the final date set by the Council will not be allowed to participate in the examination.

  2. Since separate examinations will be conducted according to the examinees’ academic program, examinees must fill out the online form clearly according to their educational qualification. Otherwise, the Council will not be responsible, and the fee paid will not be refunded.

  3. When coming to take the examination, the examinee must bring the original identity document that clearly confirms identity (National Identity Card/Citizenship/Passport/Driving License).

  4. Examinees must come to take the examination wearing formal attire.

  5. Examinees who studied outside Nepal from Ashoj 15, 2077 (October 1, 2020) onwards must upload the Eligibility Letter of the Medical Education Commission compulsorily.

  6. If deemed necessary, the Examination Committee of the Nepal Nursing Council may also conduct interviews with examinees.

  7. In the case of BMS and postgraduate nursing, the revised Test Guidelines have been placed on the Council’s website.

  8. Other information including the examination date, examination center, and examination start time will be mentioned on the admit card, and it must be followed accordingly.
