Instructions for Candidates

Only black ink dot pen or pen should be used to fill the answer sheet.

Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to attend the exam. They must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the scheduled time.

Mobile phones are prohibited in the examination hall.

If an unexpected public holiday occurs on the exam date, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

For objective multiple-choice questions, 20% of the mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Only answers written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be accepted for multiple-choice questions.

Candidates must bring their admit card and a valid photo identification issued by the Government of Nepal, such as a citizenship certificate or government-issued ID.

As per Rule 68 of the Public Service Commission Regulation 2079, candidates requiring a writing assistant must appear in person at the exam conducting office and submit an application at least 10 days before the exam date.
